Overview:
Our goal is simple: Invest in select small and lowers middle market companies where we can add substantial value through our capital, experience and broad network. In addition to acquiring the strategic assets and niche lower middle market businesses (Acquire & Operate), we provide Mergers and Acquisitions consulting services to clients seeking to access our partners expertise and experience.
Our investment philosophy is rooted on a principles of ethical behavior and uncompromising integrity in our actions and words. We have a flexible model allowing us to structure the growth, equity, gain sharing and buyout investments to accommodate the needs of each investment situation. We invest our own capital and also invest on behalf of a small group of private individuals. Because we don't maintain a captive fund, we are able to pursue opportunities that are well beyond the scope and ability of most private equity funds. In all cases, we work with business owners and management to design capital structures and/or Mergers and acquisition services to accommodate the interests of all constituents..
